The Shop Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning while maintaining the high standards of quality and service that our customers expect. This role involves managing staff, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our patrons.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Management**:

- Supervise and train shop staff, including baristas, sales associates, and kitchen personnel.
- Schedule shifts and manage employee time off requests.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, address concerns, and share updates.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Handle special orders and custom requests, working closely with customers to meet their needs.
- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily shop operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Drive sales by promoting in-store specials, new products, and seasonal offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotions and increase foot traffic.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Monitor stock levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Manage product displays and ensure freshness and quality of all items.
- **Financial Management**:

- Handle cash transactions, reconcile registers, and prepare daily sales reports.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the shop.
- **Compliance and Quality Control**:

- Ensure all products meet the shop’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and enforce health and safety procedures and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail or food service management (Cake/Chocolate shop) is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of cake and chocolate production is a plus, but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
