As the Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding Lamlan’s network. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to build relationships, manage teams, and deliver measurable results. You will lead efforts to establish the company working closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve this goal.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Lamlan Expansion**
- Identify new market opportunities.
- Create and maintain relationships with new clients to ensure long-term engagement.
**Training**
- Develop and deliver training programs for other team members to ensure a deep understanding of Digital marketing and its benefits.
- Conduct induction training and provide ongoing support to team members.
**Sales and Customer Engagement**
- Drive awareness and educate customers on the benefits of working with Lamlan Digital.
- Collaborate with potential clients to identify pain points and offer tailored solutions.
- Must be able to meet organisational sales target
**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to meet and exceed them.
- Provide weekly performance reports and market insights to management.
- Track team performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
**Market Development and Strategy**
- Leverage networking opportunities to create new business partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volume and market share.
**Process Improvement and Collaboration**
- Adopt a team-oriented approach to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in marketing services.
- Previous BDM experience in Qatar
- Good knowledge of digital marketing
- Proven track record of managing and training sales teams to achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to onboard and manage a large network of clients.
- Must be a resident in Qatar.
- Prominent Knowledge in Arabic & English Language.
**Key Skills**
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
