**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage airport screening operations to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
- Supervise screening officers and security personnel, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Monitor passenger and baggage screening processes to detect prohibited items and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with airport authorities, government agencies, and airline representatives to maintain security standards.
- Implement and enforce security procedures to prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
- Respond to security incidents, alarms, and escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports on screening activities, incidents, and compliance status.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of screening equipment.
- Foster a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement among staff.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in security management, aviation, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in airport security, screening operations, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of aviation security regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick, informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in security screening technologies and equipment.
