Market available properties to potential tenants through advertising, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Meet with prospective tenants to show them properties and answer questions about the property and lease terms.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions, including rental rates and security deposits.
- Ensure that all lease documents and disclosures are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collect rent payments, security deposits, and any other applicable fees.
- Resolve tenant complaints and maintain positive relationships with tenants throughout their lease term and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rental activity and tenant information.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree.
- 5+ years of experience in relevant Field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Pay: From QAR7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Leasing Agent: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (required)

License/Certification:

- Qatar Driving License (preferred)
