Leasing Manager, Sales Manager, Leasing Agent

**1. Leasing Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in finding rental properties and conduct property tours.
- Must had ability to close deals and convince clients.
- Oversee the leasing process and manage tenant relationships.
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional strategies.
- Supervise and mentor leasing agents to achieve targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in property management or leasing, with at least 5 years of verified experience in Qatar.
- Strong leadership skills, negotiation abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the local rental market.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car.

**2. Leasing Agent**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in finding rental properties and conduct property tours.
- Must had ability to close deals and convince clients.
- Handle lease agreements and maintain positive tenant relationships.
- Conduct market research and provide clients with accurate information.

**Qualifications**:

- Real estate license preferred.
- 1-3 years of verified experience in a related field within Qatar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car.

**3. Sales Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying and selling properties.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Must had ability to close deals and convince clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Train and mentor sales agents to enhance their performance.
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales management with at least 5 years of verified experience in Qatar.
- Strong leadership skills, negotiation abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the local rental market.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Deep understanding of the local real estate market.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car.

**4. Sales Agent**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in finding properties and conduct property tours.
- Must had ability to close deals and convince clients.
- Conduct market research and prepare property listings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid real estate license preferred.
- 1-3 years of verified experience in a related field within Qatar.
- Strong sales skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for real estate.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car.

**5. Photographer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Capture high-quality images of properties for marketing purposes.
- Edit and enhance photos to create compelling visual content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on creative projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in real estate photography with 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
- Proficiency in photo editing software and a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car.
