- Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department, including rooms, public areas, and laundry.
- Lead, hire, train, and motivate a team of housekeeping supervisors and attendants.
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel’s cleanliness and quality standards.
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and linen.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor and control departmental budgets and expenses.
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in a 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong administration, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Dynamic, energetic, creative and thrives under pressure
