We are looking for a motivated **Junior Business Development Officer** to join our team and focus on B2C operations. This position is ideal for individuals looking to begin or grow their career in business development, particularly in customer-focused sales and outreach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify new opportunities and prospects in the B2C market segment.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to engage customers.
- Support the senior team in lead generation, customer outreach, and sales presentations.
- Help create product promotions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions to ensure targets are met.
- Participate in customer meetings, events, and product launches.
- Provide feedback to management about customer needs, challenges, and market insights.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or 4+ years of experience in B2C sales or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and meet customer needs.
- Eagerness to learn and develop business development skills.
- **Valid QID and NOC are mandatory**.
- **Immediate availability preferred**.

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
