We are seeking a **Senior Business Development Officer** with expertise in B2C operations. This role requires an experienced professional who can drive consumer-focused strategies, lead the B2C team, and expand the company’s reach in the consumer market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the B2C business development team in identifying and targeting new consumer markets and customer segments.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Build strong relationships with key B2C clients and work to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive brand awareness and promote the company’s products/services to a broad consumer audience.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine business strategies and offerings.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for clients and senior management.
- Monitor and track sales performance, reporting on key metrics and KPIs.
- Provide coaching and support to junior team members to enhance their performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in B2C business development or sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work with data and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Proven success in driving business growth in the consumer market.
- **Valid QID and NOC are mandatory**.
- **Immediate availability preferred**.

Pay: QAR6,500.00 - QAR10,500.00 per month
