We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Production & Packaging Operator** to support manufacturing and packaging operations in a chemical plant or factory environment. The role involves operating machinery, assisting in production processes, packaging products, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor production machinery for chemical or manufactured products.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing products for dispatch.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in production and packaging sections.
- Assist in loading/unloading raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor production output and report any defects or irregularities to supervisors.
- Support inventory management and proper storage of raw materials and finished products.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.

**Qualifications, Experience, and Skills**
- High School Diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in a chemical plant, factory, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of production and packaging processes.
- Awareness of safety procedures, especially for chemical handling (if applicable).
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Physically fit and able to work in a factory/plant setting.
