We are seeking skilled and reliable **Factory Operators** with hands-on experience in **chemical plant operations.** The role involves operating machinery, monitoring processes, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting smooth production activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor chemical plant machinery and production equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Assist in loading/unloading raw materials and finished goods.
- Record daily production logs, machine readings, and activity reports.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and report equipment issues.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of chemicals and raw materials.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and engineers for production requirements.

**Qualifications, Experience, and Skills**
- High School Diploma / Technical Certification in Chemical/Industrial Operations (preferred).
- **2-3 years of experience** in chemical plant operations.
- Basic knowledge of chemical handling, safety standards, and plant machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety rules.
- Team player with effective communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in plant/factory environments.
