**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations in printing, production, and installation departments.
- Coordinate with designers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure timely job completion.
- Monitor job orders, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure the quality of printed materials, signage, branding, and advertising products.
- Allocate tasks, manage team performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Oversee material availability, stock usage, and communicate requirements to procurement.
- Handle client requirements and ensure jobs are delivered as per specifications.
- Manage installation works at sites and ensure safe, timely execution.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management.
- Resolve operational issues and provide solutions to enhance efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in printing, advertising, or signage industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital printing, offset printing, signage fabrication, and branding.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
