**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Retention**: Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
- **Product Knowledge**: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of luxury jewelry collections, gemstones, and trends to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- **Sales & Revenue**: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying potential clients and upselling high-value items.
- **Tailored Client Experience**: Provide personalized service to customers, including exclusive presentations, private viewings, and bespoke jewelry services.
- **Market Expertise**: Stay updated on market trends and competitors within the luxury jewelry industry, particularly in the Middle East region.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain records of customer interactions, sales performance, and client preferences to provide a seamless shopping experience.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with store management and marketing teams to align sales strategies with brand goals and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3-5 years of experience** in luxury jewelry sales, with a proven track record of working with high-end products and discerning clientele.
- **Fluency in Arabic** (spoken and written) is essential, along with proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with VIP customers.
- Strong knowledge of **gemstones, diamonds**, and luxury jewelry craftsmanship.
- **Customer-centric mindset**: Ability to anticipate client needs and offer bespoke solutions.
- Impeccable grooming and a professional appearance.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Valid residency/QID** (if based in Qatar or another GCC country).

**Preferred**:

- **Arabic nationality** to better connect with regional clients.
- Experience working in high-end retail environments or luxury boutiques.
- Familiarity with local cultural preferences in luxury goods and services.

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
