We are looking for Oracle HR (HCM) Functional Consultant for Qatar

**Job Title: HR Functional Consultant in Oracle E-Business Suite**

**Experience Level:

- 7 to 8 years**

**Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days**
- Product: Oracle E-Business Suite
- Existing modules are : HR, Payroll and Self Service
- Pure Functional consultant, with 5 to 8 years experience
- Completed at least 1 or 2 implementations as HCM Functional consultant
- Technical background is a plus but not mandatory, at minimum he should be able to communicate technical requirements to the technical consultant
- Provide functional support for HRMS ERP modules.

Enhance existing system by implementing new features based on user’s needs.

Work closely with end users and help troubleshooting issues and bugs.

Support the day-to-day business activities.

Document new requirements, participate in overall design, implementation, and testing

Completed 3 implementation cycles of Oracle EBS 12.2 at least

Have good cross module functional / technical knowledge in HCM modules

Solid experience in advanced modules

Ability to train users in Oracle EBS modules and help create training materials

Deep understanding of Oracle EBS configuration and architecture

Experience working with Oracle to resolve issues, report bugs

Have a technical development background

Ability to write ad-hoc SQL queries, packages and perform basic technical troubleshooting is a plus

Pay: QAR14,000.00 - QAR17,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Oracle E-Business Suite: 3 years (preferred)
- Oracle HR: 3 years (preferred)
- Oracle Payroll: 3 years (preferred)
- Self Service: 2 years (preferred)
