System and Equipment Maintenance: Ensure continuous operation of all security systems and equipment through regular monitoring and maintenance. This includes overseeing the work of contracted support personnel in carrying out both corrective maintenance and scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
- Maintenance Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance activities, manage the assignment and approval of corrective maintenance work requests, and ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
- Documentation Preparation: Draft and prepare essential documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), Methods of Statement, Permits to Work (PTW), and assessments of environmental aspects, impacts, and risks as required.
- Spare Parts and Inventory Management: Oversee the management of asset inventories and the strategic storage of spare parts. Develop and implement a system for tracking and ordering spare parts to ensure the availability of necessary components for maintenance and repairs.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and address technical issues related to hardware, software, and network problems, ensuring the seamless integration of various security components into a cohesive system.
- Training and Development: Lead training sessions for clients and internal staff on the correct operation and maintenance of security systems, promoting best practices and enhancing system understanding.
- Task Allocation and Oversight: Distribute security system-related tasks to the CO Systems team and external support partners, monitoring the progress and quality of project implementations and contractor performance to ensure compliance with the company standards
- Reporting and Compliance: Review daily and monthly reports from support partners, validate payment invoices, and ensure all security practices meet company standards and regulatory compliance.
- Site Inspections and Surveys: Conduct regular site inspections and surveys, compiling detailed snagging reports to identify and address any security system deficiencies.
- Continuous Improvement: Undertake additional responsibilities and engage in continuous learning to improve security systems and practices within the organization.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- A degree in a relevant field or comparable work experience is required.
- At least 5 years of demonstrated expertise in the installation and maintenance of security systems.
- In-depth understanding of IT, operating systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in documentation.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Exceptional writing skills, capable of creating and revising a wide range of reports and communications and expressing ideas clearly and succinctly.
- Proficient in using MS Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
