As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our Doha-based Qatar Airways Customer Experience team as a Digital Delivery Analyst.

In this role, you will be accountable for driving the success and operational efficiency of digital initiatives, including e-booking, e-AWB (Electronic Air Waybill) and e-freight, as well as system integrations, across Doha and the broader network. This role involves proactive collaboration with various departments, network stations, customers, and industry stakeholders to ensure timely and effective implementation.

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also:

- Define technical requirements of projects with stakeholders and ensure such requirements are collated, reviewed and submitted to IT and automation as change requests for projects including but not limited to Freight Forward Request (FFR) bookings, Customs, GHA interfaces, XML screen changes etc.
- Generate and distribute reports using available data tools e.g., Tableau specific to projects KPIs specially on e-Booking, e-AWB, and other digital initiatives for both internal and external audience.
- Develop graphical and visual presentations and materials related to projects handled as required for reporting and network visibility.
- Source and manage audit reports relevant to e-AWB implementation with QAS in Doha and provide compliance indicators to network at defined frequencies.
- Define assigned e-initiative project plans using MS project or equivalent tool provided, reviewing the plan regularly to ensure tasks and milestones are being achieved in timely manner.
- Write project status reports for projects assigned by using relevant tools provided in liaison with the line manager.
- Ensure required testing of the enhancements and project related technical capabilities are tested in stage environment and accordingly appropriate updates provided to line manager for production sign off.

Qualifications

About You

We are looking for a professional with the following skills and experience:

- High School Diploma or equivalent with minimum 4 years of relevant working experience within air cargo, supply chain, or any similar field OR

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in handling cargo operations and reservations-related functionalities
- Experience in cargo processes and documentation including digital connectivity and/or cargo messaging
- Strong data analysis skills
- Experience in XML messaging interface development is preferred
- IATA cargo introductory course would be an advantage
- Hands-on experience creating Tableau reports will also be an advantage.
