Executive Secretary

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on key tasks.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and maintain the CEO’s calendar, prioritizing meetings and events, and ensuring timely preparation for appointments.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Attend meetings with the CEO, taking notes, and following up on action items.
- Handle any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the CEO to support business operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with senior executives and diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
