**Senior Soft Services Supervisor**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, and landscaping services to ensure high standards.
- Monitor and assess the performance of soft services staff and provide necessary training.
- Ensure adherence to cleaning and hygiene standards, including **BICSc guidelines**.
- Coordinate with clients to address service-related concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage work schedules, staff shifts, and deployment to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service quality.
- Maintain records of service reports, staff performance, and equipment usage.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in managing soft services contracts and vendor relationships.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **High school diploma or equivalent** (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **3-5 years** of experience in soft services supervision, preferably in the facility management industry.
- Knowledge of **BICSc standards** and soft FM best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle client requests and ensure service excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management reporting tools.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
