**Soft & Hard Services Assistant**

**Location**: Qatar

**Salary Range**: QAR **5,000 - 6,500** per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Soft Services**:

- Assist in managing housekeeping, cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and waste management services.
- Support in monitoring vendor performance and contract management.
- Ensure service delivery meets quality and health & safety standards.
- Maintain records of cleaning schedules and service reports.

**Hard Services**:

- Assist in coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Support the maintenance team in tracking work orders and ensuring timely completion.
- Help maintain compliance with safety regulations and facility management best practices.
- Assist in managing inventory and procurement of maintenance supplies.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- **1-3 years** of experience in facility management or a related role.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning standards (BICSc preferred) and maintenance procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software is a plus.
