**Job Title: Housekeeping Coordinator (Female Only)**

**Location**: Doha, Qatar

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the **main point of contact** between housekeeping, front office, and maintenance teams.
- Prepare and update **room status reports**, ensuring timely updates for check-ins/outs.
- Manage **lost & found items**, maintaining proper documentation.
- Assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor completion.
- Assist in **staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and training**.
- Handle **guest requests** (extra amenities, room changes) efficiently.
- Maintain records of **maintenance issues** and follow up on repairs.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in **housekeeping or front office coordination** (hotel background preferred).
- **Excellent English** (written & spoken) and **strong organizational skills**.
- Proficient in **basic computer skills (MS Office, PMS systems)**.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a **fast-paced environment**.
