We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department. You will be responsible for processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.

Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
- Publish and remove job ads
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related documents.
- Develop training and on-boarding material
- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
- At least 2 years’ experience as an HR Executive, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
