Sales Account Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and grow relationships with system integrators who are clients of the distribution company.
- Drive sales of ELV systems, focusing on CCTV and related solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Provide commercial and technical support to system integrator clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ELV market.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to stay ahead in the industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/account management within a distribution company in Qatar, preferably working with ELV system integrators.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the ELV systems market, especially CCTV solutions, and distribution channels in Qatar.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
**Other Requirements**:
- Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
- Sponsorship transfer with NOC is required.
