Job Title: Shop Supervisor - Car Polishing Shop

Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:

- Supervise, motivate, and lead a team of car polishing technicians.
- Schedule and assign tasks to technicians, balancing workload effectively.

2. Quality Control:

- Inspect vehicles before and after polishing to ensure high-quality results.
- Identify and address any imperfections or issues in the polishing process.
- Maintain and implement quality control standards and best practices.

3. Customer Service:

- Interact with customers to understand their car polishing needs and preferences.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and satisfaction.

4. Inventory Management:

- Manage inventory of car detailing products and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Monitor and order supplies as needed to support daily operations.

5. Operational Efficiency:

- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing the shop, and managing workflow.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a secure and clean working environment.

7. Training and Development:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest car polishing techniques, products, and equipment.

Qualifications:

- With or without experience in Car polishing
- Can communicate in English and Arabic
- Computer-savvy
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Fast learner

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
