Business Development Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate potential product partnerships and suppliers in Information and Communication Technology.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key product partners and suppliers.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the industry to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
2. Technical Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in understanding client requirements and provide technical expertise to develop tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Provide accurate and detailed technical specifications and documentation to support sales proposals and bids.
3. Project Fulfillment:
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the successful implementation of ICT projects.
- Oversee the technical aspects of project execution, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support during the installation and commissioning phases of projects.
4. Technical Leadership:
- Act as a technical expert and mentor for the team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions for the sales and operations teams to enhance their technical understanding and capabilities.
- Lead the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in ICT, with at least 5 years in a sales/leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of ICT systems, networks, and software.
- Certifications in relevant technologies and systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills..
- Proven track record in business development and technical sales support in the ICT industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Arabic language proficiency preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools and technologies.
Pay: From QAR7,000.00 per month
