مطلوب مدير تطوير أعمال لشركة عقارية

حن شركة رائدة في السوق العقاري، نبحث عن مدير تطوير أعمال متميز للانضمام إلى فريقنا. يجب أن يمتلك المتقدم خبرة واسعة لا تقل عن ٧ سنوات في السوق العقاري القطري أو البحريني، مع خبرة متخصصة في الوساطة العقارية، التثمين العقاري، وإدارة الأصول.

المتطلبات:

- خبرة مهنية واسعة لا تقل عن ٧ سنوات في الوساطة العقارية، التثمين العقاري، وإدارة الأصول، خصوصًا في قطر أو البحرين.
- يفضل أن يكون المتقدم من الجنسية البحرينية.
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- حاصل على شهادة جامعية ذات صلة بالمجال.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة.
- القدرة على اجتذاب المشاريع العقارية وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسويق عقاري فعالة.

المسؤوليات:

- تمثيل الشركة في اعمال الوساطة العقارية وتسهيل المعاملات العقارية.
- تقييم وتثمين العقارات لعملاءها وفقا للمعايير المعمول بها محليا واقليميا.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق العقاري لاجتذاب عقارات جديدة وتعزيز نمو الشركة.
- التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية والمستثمرين لدعم توسع الأعمال.

Business Development Manager Required for a Real Estate Company

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in real estate brokerage, property valuation, and asset management, particularly in Qatar or Bahrain.
- Bahraini nationality is preferred.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- A university degree related to the field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to attract real estate projects and implement effective real estate marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent the company in real estate brokerage activities and facilitate real estate transactions.
- Assess and value properties for clients according to local and regional standards.
- Develop and execute real estate marketing strategies to attract new properties and enhance company growth.
- Coordinate with government entities and investors to support business expansion.

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Managment: 1 year (preferred)
- Business Developments: 1 year (preferred)
