**1. Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are an advantage.
- Knowledge of F&B operations and inventory management.

**2. Experience**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cost control, ideally in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Hands-on experience with inventory systems, cost management, and procurement.
- Experience with financial analysis and reporting in a high-volume environment.

**3. Skills**
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze cost structures and identify areas for cost savings.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication to work with multiple departments.
- **Attention to Detail**: Precision in tracking and reconciling expenses and budgets.

**4. Key Responsibilities**
- Monitoring and controlling food and beverage costs across all outlets.
- Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for cost management.
- Conducting inventory checks and reconciling discrepancies.
- Preparing detailed cost reports, including variance analysis.
- Collaborating with procurement to ensure competitive pricing from suppliers.
- Analyzing consumption trends and suggesting adjustments to reduce waste.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
