We’re looking for an organized and proactive HR Officer and Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about human resources and recruitment, ready to support the growth and development of our workforce while contributing to a positive work environment.
**Your Role in Our Journey**
As an HR Officer and Recruitment Assistant, you will help to manage recruitment processes, enhance employee engagement, and ensure the smooth operation of HR functions. This position will allow you to develop a broad skill set while contributing to both the recruitment and HR operations of the company.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Recruitment Support**:
- Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring all documentation is completed and new hires are smoothly integrated into the team.
**HR Administration and Employee Support**:
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, filing HR documentation, and updating databases.
- Provide support in managing employee benefits, attendance records, and payroll processes.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting engagement initiatives.
- Organize training programs and professional development opportunities.
- Provide assistance in managing company payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
- Assist with the development, review and implementation of HR policies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide support during audits and HR-related compliance checks.
**Your Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2 to 3 years of experience in HR and/or recruitment.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools (e.g., HRMS, applicant tracking systems).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Understanding of HR processes, payroll systems, and basic labor laws.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
