We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting HR operations, employee relations, and administrative processes. Candidates must be currently based in Qatar and ready to join immediately with a valid QID and transferable visa/NOC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily HR operations and provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department.
  • Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Support the recruitment process — job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and documentation (offers, contracts, etc.).
  • Assist in processing staff leaves, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company policies.
  • Coordinate with PRO and other departments for HR-related matters.
  • Support HR projects, events, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role in Qatar.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and Qatar labour regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must have a valid QID and transferable visa with NOC.
  • Must be available to join immediately.
