**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily HR operations and provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department.
- Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Support the recruitment process — job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding.
- Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and documentation (offers, contracts, etc.).
- Assist in processing staff leaves, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company policies.
- Coordinate with PRO and other departments for HR-related matters.
- Support HR projects, events, and employee engagement activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and Qatar labour regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Must have a valid QID and transferable visa with NOC.**:
