**The Role**:

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Editorial section**
- **Upload content, ensuring channels adhere to YouTube best practices and track content production to ensure deadlines are met**:

- **Run the day-to-day operation across multiple YouTube channels**:

- **Oversee all written editorial across all videos and channel home pages and make sure it is of a consistently excellent standard**:

- **Take responsibility for the overall look and design of all channels and make sure they obey all relevant editorial guidelines**:

- **Design and create bespoke video thumbnails that catch the eye**:

- **Write and edit metadata and copy for videos and channels**:

- **Optimize titles, descriptions, other metadata, and keywords to be SEO**:

- **Excellent command of the Arabic Language**

**Managing and Developing YouTube Team**
- **Manage, train, and develop a team of YouTube Managers / Assistants setting clear goals and KPI’s**:

- **Create performance updates for the wider team and company**:

- **Interrogate data to deliver actionable insights and strategies for growth**

**Monitoring and Developing YouTube channels**
- **Ensure channels adhere to YouTube best practices**:

- **Keep up to date with YouTube platform developments, trends, and training**:

- **Reacting quickly to changes across the platform, staying ahead of new trends and algorithm changes**

**Reporting and Analysis skills**
- **Good analysis and reporting skills of YouTube analytics and other data sources**:

- **YouTube viewership analysis, using our multiple analytic tools**:

- **Provide regular updates and reports on channel growth to the digital unit manager**:

- **Regularly audit and interrogate performance metrics using various analytic tools such as YouTube Analytics and other analysis software to build actionable insights**

**Requirements**:

- **5+ years of direct and extensive experience managing successful YouTube channels**:

- **YouTube Certified, with a deep and current knowledge of the YouTube platform**:

- **Understanding of all YouTube features including YouTube Analytics, downloadable reports, and live-streaming**:

- **Deep understanding of YouTube Content ID, IP rights and community standards policy**:

- **Proficiency in using Adobe Suite (particularly Photoshop and Premiere)**:

- **Proficiency in video editing using Premiere and/or Final Cut**:

- **Excellent organization, prioritization, and able to work flexibly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment**:

- **An analytical approach and good communication skills**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**:

- **Minimum Bachelor’s degree**
