**Project Management**: Lead and manage MEP projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- **Technical Expertise**: Provide technical guidance and support on MEP systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and mentor a team of MEP engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and performance in MEP installations and systems.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and challenges related to MEP systems and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- **Procurement and Vendor Management**: Coordinate with procurement teams to source materials and equipment, evaluate vendor proposals, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- **Client Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
- **Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance**: Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards, promoting a culture of safety across all project sites.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP management, with a focus on oil and gas projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing MEP projects in Qatar or the Gulf region.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, equipment, and materials, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Certified Professional Engineer (P.E.) or equivalent certification preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to QAR18,000.00 per month
