**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and control all F&B costs to ensure alignment with budgets and cost targets.
- Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, inventory, and cost analyses.
- Perform regular inventory checks and reconcile variances in coordination with storekeepers and kitchen staff.
- Conduct spot checks on receiving and issuing procedures.
- Analyze waste, pilferage, and consumption trends to identify areas for cost-saving.
- Prepare detailed cost reports for management including food cost percentage, variance reports, and profitability.
- Support the month-end closing process by ensuring accurate inventory valuations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts related to F&B costs.
- Train and guide operational staff on cost control procedures and best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in inventory software, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is a plus.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
