**Job responsibilities**:
Fire Safety Drawings/ Life Safety Drawings design, drafting and preparation based on QCDD Regulations, NFPA101 and other related NFPA books.

Reports to the Head of Engineering Department of the company, Responsible for getting fast/on time Government Approvals for all projects.

Project Management of the whole Building Permit/ QCDD process from start to finish.

Preparation of Architectural and other Services drawings for Building Permit submission.

Preparation of other QCDD drawings for Consultant and approval to be ready for submission.

Coordination/ Negotiation with different disciplines. Coordination/ Negotiation with various Consultants.

Coordination/ Negotiation with QCDD, Building permit Complex, Municipality and Planning Department.

Fire Safety/ Architectural Design Supervision, Site Supervision, Coordination and Inspection.

Responsible for Fire rated doors and Fire stop orders and delivery.

**Skills & Qualification**

UPDA certified Degree in Engineering and Civil Architect

Experienced in dealing with Qatar civil Defense.

**Salary**: QAR11,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Fire Safety Architect/ Engineer: 6 years (required)
- Experienced in dealing with Qatar civil Defense: 4 years (required)
