We are seeking an experienced
Fire Safety/Protection Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure our facilities meet all
QCDD, NFPA, and company FLS standards
, conducting detailed audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct periodic internal audits across all facilities to ensure compliance with QCDD, NFPA, and company standards.
  • Review FLS designs, drawings, and submitting for adherence to fire and life safety requirements.
  • Assess fire protection systems, emergency preparedness, and risk levels.
  • Inspect evacuation routes, fire doors, emergency signage, and means of egress.
  • Identify non-compliance issues, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve findings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Fire, Mechanical, or Safety Engineering.
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in Fire & Life Safety within large-scale construction, facility management, or auditing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of
    QCDD, NFPA, IBC, and IFC
    codes and standards.
  • Hands-on experience with fire protection systems (sprinklers, alarms, extinguishers, hydrants, smoke control, emergency lighting).
  • Certifications:
    CFPS / NFPA or equivalent (ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification is an advantage).
