**Job Title: BMS Graphics Engineer**
**Location**: Lebraithat, Exit 61, Dukhan Highway
**Duration**: 3 Months (Extendable)
**Start Date**: 15th February 2025

**Working Hours: 6 days a week**

**Contract Details**:

- **Duration: 3-month temporary contract, with potential for extension**:

- **Salary: Basic Salary of QAR 3,000**:

- **Allowances: QAR 1,500 for accommodation, QAR 500,00 for transportation Project Allowance QAR 1,000**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated **BMS Graphics Engineer** to join our team for a 3-month project at our site in Lebraithat, Dukhan Highway. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), who will be responsible for creating and managing graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for BMS systems, supporting project engineers, and working with specialized software.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Create & Customize BMS Graphics**: Utilize BMS software (such as Tridium, Siemens Desigo CC, Honeywell BMS, etc.) to design dashboards, system diagrams, and visual representations of data from field devices and controllers.
- **Support Engineers**: Assist project engineers with the design, configuration, and implementation of BMS graphics to meet project requirements.
- **Software Customization & Troubleshooting**: Learn to operate and customize BMS software, and assist in troubleshooting and testing graphical interfaces to ensure system functionality.
- **Protocol Communication**: Utilize protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, OPC, and SNMP for communication between BMS software and hardware components (sensors, controllers, actuators).
- **AutoCAD Support**: Utilize AutoCAD (minimum 2 years of experience) to create and modify floor plans, system architecture diagrams, and loop drawings.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- **Experience**: At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and a basic understanding of BMS concepts.
- **Software Proficiency**: Experience with BMS software (Tridium, Siemens Desigo CC, Honeywell, etc.) is highly preferred.
- **Communication Protocols**: Familiarity with protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, OPC, SNMP.
- **AutoCAD Skills**: Minimum of 2 years of experience using AutoCAD to prepare detailed drawings for system layout and design.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and project teams to meet deadlines and project goals.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn new software tools and systems to support the project's requirements.
