J**ob Title**:Senior BMS T&C Technician

**Location**: Lusail

**Job Type**: 3 months (with possibility of extension)

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Siemens BMS Programming and Testing Expertise**: Utilize your in-depth knowledge and proficiency in Siemens BMS programming tools to develop, customize, and test BMS systems according to project requirements.
- **System Pre-commissioning**: Conduct thorough pre-commissioning activities to ensure that all BMS components and systems are installed correctly and functioning as intended before the commissioning phase begins.
- **Point-to-Point Testing**: Perform comprehensive point-to-point testing to verify the proper functionality and communication between various BMS components, such as sensors, controllers, and actuators.
- **Site Testing and Commissioning**: Execute site testing and commissioning activities, including standalone testing to assess individual system components, sequence testing to validate system operation under different scenarios, and graphics demonstration to showcase system functionality to stakeholders.
- **Inspections and IR Handling**: Conduct routine inspections on-site to identify any issues or discrepancies in BMS installations and address them promptly. Handle infrared (IR) issues as they arise, troubleshooting and resolving them while ensuring accurate documentation of all activities.
- **Siemens Graphics Development/Modification**: Utilize your expertise in Siemens graphics development and modification to create visually intuitive and user-friendly BMS interface graphics that meet project specifications and client expectations.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a BMS Technician (T&C).
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or building automation systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining BMS components such as sensors, controllers, actuators, and networking devices is essential.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC systems, and building automation protocols is also beneficial.

By fulfilling these responsibilities effectively, you contribute to the successful implementation, testing, and commissioning of the BMS system, ensuring its functionality, reliability, and performance align with project requirements and industry standards.
