**BELOW IS THE JOB PROFILE.**
- Provide support to the sales team by assisting with all sales-related activities of the division.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery reports, using SAP tools, and follow up on any sales quotations made for clients.
- Preparing Submittals and sample boards for projects submission.
- Write accurate and professional sales correspondence.
- Effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner.
- Coordinate the ordering and delivery of goods to customers.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, processing information, completing paperwork, and filing documents.
- Follow up with customers to confirm orders or delivery dates and address any other related concerns to ensure a positive business transaction.
- Provide administrative support across the organization, including managing the reception area, answering, and directing phone calls, and performing general administrative tasks.
- Prepare accurate and timely management sales reports.
- Track sales orders to ensure they are scheduled and sent out on time.
- Coordinate with respective factories.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
