Directs and manages cleaning staff in the fulfillment their daily duties and responsibilities.
- Evaluates safety and sanitation work practices in job performance of cleaning staff.
- Maintains the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc. and the appearance of Housekeeping areas, and performs regular inspections of offices, outdoors, car parking, shops and kiosks for sanitation, order, safety and proper performance of assigned duties.
- Performs regular inspections of common areas for sanitation, order, safety, and comfortable environment.
- Assures that cleaning staff follows established safety regulations in the use of equipment and supplies at all times.
- Provides the required training and development of cleaning staff.
- Spearheads the management and coordination of staff uniforms.
- Inspects storage rooms, utility and janitorial closet, etc., for upkeep and supply control.
- Requisitions all cleaning supplies and equipment and maintains adequate inventory levels to provide a clean, safe and comfortable environment.
- Prepares annual housekeeping operational budget to meet the equipment and supply needs of the department/park.
- Develops and maintains written policy and procedures for cleaning services and activities with other related units.
- Communicates with other department heads to adequately plan for Housekeeping services and activities.
- Coordinates and monitors lessee/tenants housekeeping requirements and responds to requests promptly and according to policies.
- Coordinates repair needs maintenance department.
- Seeks out new methods and principles, and incorporates them into existing Housekeeping practices.
- Prepares required documentation of sanitary permits and other related documents as required by law.
- Serves on assigned committees of the facility and provides written or verbal reports of the Housekeeping services and activities as required by the committee's guidelines or direction.
- Performs other job duties and projects as directed.

**Experience**:
