**Job Title: Personal Secretary**
**Location**: Doha, Qatar
**About Us**: We are a well-established laundry chain based in Doha, offering top-quality laundry services across the city. Our head office is the hub for our administrative and operational activities, and we are looking for a skilled Personal Secretary to support our leadership team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the executive's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events and activities.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
