**Job Title: Mechanical BIM Modeler**

**Job Summary**:
As a Mechanical BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate mechanical models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. You will work closely with mechanical engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure that all mechanical systems are designed and coordinated in a way that meets project requirements and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain accurate mechanical models using BIM software
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure all mechanical systems are designed and coordinated
- Perform clash detection between mechanical systems and other building systems
- Review and analyze design drawings, specifications, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Participate in design and coordination meetings to ensure the timely completion of project deliverables based on the requirement
- Create the required Family for the mechanical BIM modeling
- Produce and maintain accurate reports related to mechanical modeling tasks
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and project requirements
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues and ensure project success

**Qualifications**:

- Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Aided Design or a related field
- Strong experience in using BIM software, specifically for mechanical systems
- Knowledge of mechanical codes and standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Experience**:

- 4+ Years of experience in the field of Mechanical BIM Modeling
- Well experienced in COBie
- Experienced in Revit and Civil 3D

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
