**Job Purpose Statement**

Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and support business growth.

**Job Accountabilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events channels.
- Oversee content creation, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective resource use.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support customer acquisition.
- Track and report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and media.

**Required Education**

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

**Experience**
- 5-7 years in B2B marketing roles preferably in trading industry
- Experience in digital marketing and brand management preferred

**Skills**
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics
- Budget management and negotiation skills

**Knowledge**
- Marketing principles and techniques
- Digital marketing platforms (SEO, SEM, social media)
- Brand positioning and market research
- Customer behavior and sales funnels
