Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing In-Charge to lead and coordinate marketing initiatives for the entire group. The role involves developing strategies, managing campaigns, overseeing branding, and ensuring consistent communication across all subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across all Al Madar Holding business units
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and online advertising
  • Plan and execute corporate events, promotions, and public relations initiatives
  • Coordinate marketing efforts with subsidiaries to generate leads, enhance visibility, and support business growth
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Oversee content creation, branding, and communication strategies for the group
  • Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign performance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in diversified businesses or corporate groups
  • Strong understanding of GCC markets and multi-industry marketing
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Arabic & English preferred
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM, and analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
