**Position: Sales Supervisor**

**Objective of the Role**:
Drive and manage the sales team’s performance while ensuring the company's sales goals and strategies are effectively implemented.

**Responsibilities of the Role**:
To run a smooth and efficient FMCG (RETAIL & HORECA) sales operations, inventory management, team management with the highest standards in the industry. Formulate and ensure policies and procedures are adhered to. This will include:
**1. Team Management & Leadership**:

- Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve set targets and sales goals.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to sales representatives, helping them improve performance and reach targets.
- Organize team meetings and ensure communication is effective within the sales department.
- Evaluate team performance regularly and conduct performance reviews.

**2. Sales Target Achievement**:

- Monitor sales performance and ensure that individual and team sales targets are met or exceeded by Category & Channels.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and expand the market share.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.

**3. Product Knowledge & Promotion**:

- Ensure that the sales team has comprehensive knowledge of the products they are selling, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Oversee promotional activities and campaigns in the field, ensuring that the team effectively implements them to boost product visibility and sales.
- Ensure adherence to marketing strategies and guidelines from the company.

**4. Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers both in Retail & Horeca.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that the sales team delivers excellent customer service at all touchpoints.

**5. Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to Reporting Manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and key insights.
- Monitor sales budgets and track expenditures to ensure profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and stock levels.

**6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitors' activities and suggest ways to differentiate the company’s products and improve sales strategies.

**7. Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Oversee stock levels and ensure that the sales team is well-stocked with products.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and stock replenishment.

**8. Sales Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with senior management to design and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- Set pricing strategies in alignment with market conditions, competitors, and product positioning.

**9. Sales Forecasting**:

- Develop accurate sales forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and team input.
- Adjust sales strategies to meet demand changes and external factors that may affect sales.

**10. Payment Collection & Follow Up**:

- Ensure that payment is collected as per the agreed payment schedule.
- Overseeing and ensuring effective payment collection from customers.
- Responsible for keeping track of all outstanding payments from customers or distributors. This includes maintaining a clear record of which invoices are due, overdue, or paid.
- Ensure that SOA is being shared with each customer at every start of the month.

**11. Compliance and Policy Adherence**:

- Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Implement and enforce company standards for ethical selling practices.

- Qatar Driving License is a must for this position.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
