A Business Development Executive (Female) is Needed for Our Group of Companies involved in IT Solutions and HR Recruitment Consultancy.
Are you a motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for business development?
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Executive for a leading IT Solutions with the additional responsibility of promoting business development for our prestigious Recruitment firm.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and engage potential clients for IT Solutions and recruitment services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Present our services to clients, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Keep abreast of market developments, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment and headhunting industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to win new business and close deals.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with various industries and their talent requirements is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
