Reviewing all previous 24-hour inventory movements and reconciling physical and
- ERP/SAP inventory variances.
- Analyzing and reconcile quality, damaged, and liquidated product status.
- Cycle count to cover 100% of stock check at least once in 6 months
- Establishing and coordinating training requirements for Warehouse.
- Managing quality hold inventory, coordinating with Quality Supervisor and ensure all
- outbound orders have been post-goods issued and inbound orders have been post-goods
- received, while verifying accuracy of all outgoing/incoming bills of lading.
- Understanding processes and functional interdependencies and recognizing and escalating
- issues identified as opportunities to improve, Warehouse performance.
- Maintains and manages inventory of materials and stocked materials, which include stock
- locations. Using computer, he accounts for receipts of new items, returns, back-orders and
- associated issues, and inputs essential data on all the handled materials, while adhering to
- strict accounting and auditing procedures.
- Based on suggested and computer-monitored order listings, he performs regular cycle
- counts of inventory materials and assists in conducting yearly physical inventory counts.
- Organizes and maintains the inventory floor area to ensure efficient material storage and
- handling. He also maintains labeling systems on the stock items.
- Performs miscellaneous duties, which are work-related, as assigned

**Qualification Experiences & Skills**:

- Technical Diploma Certificate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Warehousing in the petrochemical industry with training in
- warehousing systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex and detailed
- Previously demonstrated experience with applicable inventory location system
- Good knowledge of English is required.
- Safety and Environmental awareness
- Physically Fit

**Job Type**: Temporary

**Salary**: QAR3,300.00 per month

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
