**About the role**:
The Lead Security Systems Officer will provide administrative support to Airport Security operations in connection with the usage of technical security systems, and implementation of security policy defined by the Manager of Security Systems and Hardware (MSSH).

**Key responsibilities**
- Coordination and providing documentation, in close cooperation with the internal services and stakeholders in relation with the operation of CCTV, Access Control, Hold and Cabin baggage screening systems, Passenger screening systems, or others.
- Contribute in the assessment of the performance of MATAR Security team, contracted service providers and Airport Pass enrolment staff.
- Liable for creating statistics and reports from system data for MATAR Security and other internal stakeholders.
- Monitors the activities related to technical services responding on reported systems malfunctions, supervises planned maintenance activities
- Provides and keeps up to date the necessary operational reference or training documentation for access control, CCTV or Screening system configuration
- Supports the Airport Pass Office operations with technical matters related to the Access Control System and is responsible to provide documentation and support to the enrolment team on Access Control zoning
- On demand, contributes to the performance of internal audits managed by the Compliance & Audit by with the provision and analysis of operational data related to operator activities, system reports, etc.
- Performs audits about the technical maintenance and provides periodic reports on the readiness and performance of key Security systems assets in operation.
- Participates in development projects to support MSSH in cases of both small operational change requests and general/strategical development programmes involving security systems.
- Performs design reviews or prepares proposals for technical system deployments in relation with MATAR Security or other operational stakeholders’ requests, capital investment projects including security technical system scopes.

**Qualifications**

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
- Minimum 4 years experience with the operation of Airport CCTV and Access Control systems, administration of end user requirements, cooperation with technical service providers
- Minimum 2 years experience in project management of security system related small and medium sized projects
- Experience with definition and implementation of electronic access strategies, system user privileges & policies
- Experience with video analytic system evaluation techniques
- Experience with technical operation and supervision of airport baggage and people screening systems
- Experience with the use or administration of business intelligence platforms
