- As Refrigeration Technician the role is to utilize learned skills to carry out Installation, Operation & Maintenance activity.
Should be able to exhibit empathy towards the customer, have qualities to handle the situation with given manpower,
contractor and be a result oriented individual. One should be able to maintain cordial relationship with user, contractor, and
manpower.
Should have minimum Diploma in Refrigeration & should have knowledge of PC.

**Key Job Deliverable/ Accountabilities**
- Follow industrial health safety & environment standard according to site requirement in workspace.
- Work continuous improvement and implementation of best practices.
- Report the weekly job progress & monthly activity to line manager.
- Be an active participant to report all quality issues to regional team & follow up it.
- Responsible for reviewing the T&M jobs &plan & execute within in time.
- Responsible to develop the Subcontractor or team as per job requirement.
- Ensuring installation & Pre-Startup and Startup of equipment’s, refrigerant piping, wirings, pressure testing etc done as per

Industry guidelines.
- Execution of Test & Startup activities on industrial and commercial refrigeration plant.
- Active member to streamline the processes in accordance with Daikin guidelines.
- Review the scope of job requirement, plan & execute the job qualitatively & cost effectively.
- Plan team / contractor team for day-to-day activities using DSM (Daikin Service Manager) system & follow-up to close the

WS & WO in time.
- Responsible Maintenance & repair the equipment within set timeframe & according to defined process, service agreements

and customer needs.

- Keeps customer informed on the nature of service provided, outstanding issues, recommends system enhancement /

upgrade / replacement and promotes the sale of spare parts and/or additional labor & material work (T&M).
- Advises and trains customer in system operations.
- Maintains and improves technical proficiency/quality of product in Refrigeration product lines.
- Execute the assigned job by direct reporting to team leader / supervisor independently in the given time.
- Provide technical assistance to customer using best efficient way of communication.
- Record and analyze trend data for equipment’s operational logs, identify the problem & take corrective action.
- Report any quality issue or status of issue to direct line manager or quality team through a detailed report in timely manner.
- Analyze and report complicated/advanced technical issues in product range and provide solutions wherever applicable.
- Work under guidelines of company related to operational process along with type of jobs (viz Prestart up, Startup, Retrofit,

Warranty Replacement, Controls, T&M, AMC, CAMC, Training, etc.) and execute the same within stipulated time and cost
- Transfer best of his knowledge during work to colleagues.
- Sustain high levels of customer satisfaction and workforce morale.
