**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, update, and manage **BIM models** for MEP systems using Autodesk Revit.
- Perform **clash detection** and resolve coordination issues with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare **shop drawings, layouts, and detailed design documentation**.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure design intent is accurately reflected.
- Maintain model accuracy throughout the design, construction, and as-built stages.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in **Engineering, Drafting, or a related field**.
- Minimum **5 years of BIM/Revit experience** in MEP projects.
- Proficiency in **Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD**.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
- Excellent **coordination and communication skills**.
