**About the role**:
We are looking for a bilingual Social Media & Marketing Executive to support our GCC Regional Marketing Manager. You’ll work closely with the marketing and commercial teams to execute marketing communications, CRM, social media and offline marketing activities in Qatar and Oman.
- Assist in executing the go-to-market strategy for the ENTERTAINER in Qatar and Oman, with a focus on driving app sales and offer redemptions.
- Help craft compelling messages that resonate with the target audience in both English and Arabic and clearly communicate the product's unique value proposition.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Team and Creative Team to execute marketing campaigns across all channels - CRM, Social Media, Paid Digital Media, Strategic Partnerships, Events & Sponsorships, PR & Influencer Marketing.
- Publish and monitor content across Social Media channels.
- Manage the social content and marketing calendars.
- Help to create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and other multimedia content. Ensure that the content aligns with the company's brand and messaging.
- Monitor and engage with the online community. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels. Foster positive relationships with followers and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. Keep an eye on competitors' social media activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Minimum three years of social media & marketing experience, preferably within leisure, tourism, hospitality, retail, FMCG or media industries.
- A good understanding of digital marketing channels, particularly social media.
- A proactive can-do attitude; full of great ideas and able to get work done independently.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload and meet deadlines effectively.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience in editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or CapCut.
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic & English is essential.
