**Job Purpose**:
To ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of elevators and escalators through regular maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on elevators and escalators according to the maintenance schedule.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct safety checks and inspections to ensure equipment is functioning according to manufacturer and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to breakdown calls and carry out immediate repairs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and service reports, ensuring records are updated in the system.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members regarding technical findings or recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Qatar Civil Defense, and safety regulations.
- Report the need for spare parts or major repair work to the maintenance supervisor.
- Support in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new elevators and escalators when required.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma or ITI in Electrical / Mechanical or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in elevator and escalator maintenance (preferably in GCC countries).
- Hands-on experience with major elevator brands (e.g., KONE, OTIS, Schindler, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, controllers, safety devices, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules and tools.
