**Department**
OPERATIONS ENGINEERING - DUKHAN

**Primary purpose of job**
To provide, review and evaluate instrumentation & control systems engineering & design services for all SORs, FEED,

EPIC projects. To manage, supervise & coordinate instrumentation & control systems project execution works through all

stages including participation in Factory & Site acceptance tests.

To investigate and provide engineering solutions and recommendations to resolve problems/ deficiencies pertained to

instrumentation & control systems.

To prepare project proposals, create new contracts request documents, SOW, release orders.

**Experience & Skills**
10 years practical experience in oil/gas or petrochemical industries including 5 years in a supervisory role.

Good specialist knowledge in functional safety, performing HAZID, HAZOP, SIL and implementation of Quality

Management systems.

To demonstrate good technical working knowledge of engineering and installation practices for instruments and control

systems, hardware/ equipment related to oil/gas.

Good working knowledge in MS office, SAP and project life cycle is mandatory.

**Education**
Bachelor degree in electronics control systems or instrumentation engineering or equivalent.
